Keeping that in mind We would like to give you some inputs regarding this process

DELIVERY PARTNERS

Orders within India are shipped through by Shiprocket and Xpress bees and Professional Couriers. For international orders, we ship through DHL ,UPS & FEDEX

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES

 

• PRODUCTS WHICH ARE AVAILABLE ACCORDING TO SIZE CHART WILL BE DISPATCH WITH IN 4 -6 WORKING DAYS.
• products that are made on order basis require 15-20 working days to deliver.
• Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared to the registered email address to track the shipment.
• We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will help you with  tracking with delivery partners.

Cost of shipping

 

• Shipping for all orders within India is of No Cost
• For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540) are charged INR  2850 per kg (approx. USD 35)

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of GST.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to be paid or not, it’s totally not under our control.

Self pickup

 

• Please email us at support@mridaniclothing with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-pick up upon order confirmation.
• Do collect your order within 2 working days upon confirmation email.
• If the order is not collected within 2 working days, we will mail the order to the shipping address stated.
• Self-collection is only available 1 day after order is made.
• What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
  -If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9394888345 or email us at nkmridani16@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will either replace it with brand new one or exchange with other product if the raw material is not available. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
• -“Please note that if the product is dispatched via any instant ride service, we are not liable for any damage or loss during transit. The client should contact the respective service provider for any concerns related to delivery.”.

COURIER

 

• Delivery takes 7-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative  processes.
• Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
• Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
• The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
• If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 1 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it’s the customer’s duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location
